What are strength or endurance sports?
The following is a selection of sports that are suitable for strength or endurance types:

- Speed sports: crossfit, soccer, rugby, martial arts, shot put, sprinting
- Endurance: mountaineering, ice skating/racing bike, running/jogging, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, Nordic walking, swimming, skiing/snowboarding, squash, dancing, tennis, hiking
