Warning and storage instructions:
  • For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a protected, dry and dust-free environment at room temperature.

The DNA analysis is not intended for medical purposes and does not constitute a medical diagnosis.

We ship with the Austrian Post, UPS, DPD or DHL. Shipping usually takes 2-4 working days.
Shipping costs: €8.90 to Austria, €9.90 within the EU. This includes the outward and return shipping of the DNA sample.

Privacy and security are our top priority. Your sample is anonymized and analyzed in a certified German laboratory. Your personal data and genetic information are stored separately and handled under strict GDPR regulations. You always have full control over your data.

After analysis and the legally required retention period, your biological sample is properly destroyed. Your genetic data is stored only as long as you wish and your account remains active.

No, our DNA analyses are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment or prediction of diseases. They provide information about genetic predispositions and lifestyle factors. Always consult a doctor or qualified therapist for medical issues.

Once your sample reaches our lab, analysis and evaluation usually take 4-6 weeks. You will be notified by email when your results are available and can view them in your secure online account.

Since your genes do not change significantly, repeated analysis is usually unnecessary. However, new scientific findings may make another analysis useful in the future.
